KinderGPT offers children aged 4 to 14 protected, moderated access to the world of generative AI—with a clear focus on safety, educational value, and age-appropriate entertainment. The platform was designed in collaboration with educators and psychologists to provide age-based support: from initial curious questions to creative projects.

Technically, we rely on infrastructure hosted in Germany that complies with the GDPR and encrypted chats. Content is secured via multi-level filters and moderation; sensitive topics are kept out. Parents remain in control: time limits, themed rooms, and transparency regarding usage are integral components. We focus on co-use (shared use with caregivers), short sessions, and no reward mechanisms.

KinderGPT is not just an API shell: we operate our own infrastructure hosted in Germany and use curated AI models—for robust, traceable results. The goal is not to replace caregivers, but to encourage curiosity, support learning moments, and safely build media literacy.
